Refund policy

Should you need to request a refund, return or exchange, we ask that you take the time to read out returns policy below:

• Mim and Friends do not cover the postage costs of return sales unless the items supplied are faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully.
• If your item arrives damaged or is faulty you must contact us immediately in writing at hello@mimandfriends.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, with an accompanying photo of the faulty/damaged item. At which stage will we arrange a replacement or refund.
• All returns for change of mind items need to be returned within 3 days of receiving the item. It must be in its original condition (new and unused) including clothing items with tags still attached and item unworn).
• Please note that all returns on change of mind items are at the discretion of Mim and Friends and postage costs will not be refunded.
• We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
• Please note there is No Returns on Jewellery, Gift Vouchers or Underwear!
• You will be offered a refund or a store credit for change of mind purchases, not including the original freight charge, once the product is received back at Mim and Friends. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to land in your bank account.
• Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the product is faulty.
• Unless the exchange is taking place due to a fault of Mim and Friends or its products, any shipping fees associated with the exchange are at the purchaser’s responsibility.
